By purchasing you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: You have read the product description and understand the product that you are receiving. You understand and agree to our shipping and refund policy. You understand that once an order is submitted, changes or cancellations can not be made (including item changes, shipping address changes, etc). 

SHIPPING POLICY

BUNDLES, CLOSURES, FRONTALS, READY TO SHIP WIGS, & HD WIG CAPS ** ONLY **

We kindly request a processing time of 3-5 business days for your payment and order. Payments are processed from Monday to Thursday, and if you place your order on Friday, processing will commence on the next business day, which is Monday. After payment processing, your package is expected to arrive within 2-4 business days if you are located within the United States.

CUSTOM ORDER READY TO WEAR WIGS

The processing and shipping of custom ready-to-wear units typically require a timeframe of 2-3 weeks.

**INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

The buyer is responsible for any additional custom fees that is required at the border.

All orders are subject to fraud risk analysis.

**In order to avoid any delays or cancellations in shipping please provide matching shipping & billing addresses.

Servn Styles is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

Once it's been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

**Signature is REQUIRED upon arrival of package by customer.**

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

All orders are FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES due to sanitation and customization purposes, we can not resale once orders are shipped, used, or lace has been cut or altered. We can and will make alterations if it is at our fault, but returns and refunds are NOT accepted under any circumstance. 

If you purchased a unit that is too small or too large and would like to return it, you may do so, if the lace has not been cut and if the hair has not been altered. There will be a 20% restocking fee applied to the return order. 

**The item is required to be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will DECLINE the return if the items aren’t in their original state.
