Refund policy
We strive to provide efficient and amazing customer service to all of our customers. If you by any chance receive the wrong package, we will gladly accept the hair back in return for your correct order. The products/Hair MUST NOT be altered and in the same condition its been received. The item is required to be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will DECLINE the return if the items aren’t in their original state.
All orders are FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES due to sanitation and customization purposes, we can not resale once orders are shipped, used, or lace has been cut or altered. We can and will make alterations if it is at our fault, but returns and refunds are NOT accepted under any circumstance.
If you purchased a unit that is too small or too large and would like to return it, you may do so, if the lace has not been cut and if the hair has not been altered. There will be a 20% restocking fee applied to the return order.
